Apyx Medical reports 34% revenue growth in fourth quarter 2025

Apyx Medical Corporation (NASDAQ: APYX) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 revenue of $19.0 to $19.2 million, representing a 34% increase compared to the same period in 2024, according to a company statement.

The Clearwater, Florida-based surgical aesthetics company said its Surgical Aesthetics revenue is expected to reach $16.6 to $16.8 million for the quarter, marking a 38% year-over-year increase. OEM revenue is projected at approximately $2.4 million, up 13% from the prior year.

For the full year 2025, Apyx Medical expects total revenue of $52.7 to $52.9 million, a 10% increase from 2024. Surgical Aesthetics revenue for the year is anticipated to be $45.2 to $45.4 million, up 17% year-over-year, while OEM revenue declined 21% to approximately $7.5 million.

"We are excited by AYON's commercial launch, which delivered immediate momentum and contributed to a strong fourth quarter, including an increase of approximately 51% in revenue for our Surgical Aesthetics segment in the U.S.," said Charlie Goodwin, President and CEO.

The company markets its Helium Plasma Platform Technology products as Renuvion and the AYON Body Contouring System in the cosmetic surgery market. The AYON system received FDA clearance and integrates fat removal, contouring capabilities, and tissue contraction technology.

Apyx Medical plans to release complete fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results in March 2026. The preliminary figures are subject to completion of year-end financial closing procedures and audit procedures by the company's independent registered public accounting firm.
