Amneal Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: AMRX) reported preliminary second quarter 2025 financial results showing net revenue of $720 million to $730 million, representing approximately 3% growth compared to the same period in 2024.

The company reported income before income taxes of $45 million to $56 million for the quarter, compared to $20 million in the second quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA reached $180 million to $185 million, marking approximately 13% growth year-over-year.

Amneal's debt position improved during the quarter, with gross leverage decreasing to 3.8x as of June 30, 2025, from 4.1x at December 31, 2024. Net leverage similarly declined to 3.7x from 3.9x over the same period, attributed to higher profitability and continued debt reduction.

The company received FDA approval for Brekiya autoinjector for acute treatment of migraine and cluster headache in adults during the quarter. Amneal also reported commercial uptake of CREXONT and expects to submit a biologics license application for a proposed biosimilar to XOLAIR in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Co-Chief Executive Officers Chirag and Chintu Patel stated the company expects to meet or exceed full year 2025 guidance based on year-to-date performance and growth drivers.

Amneal plans to report actual second quarter 2025 financial results on August 5, 2025. The preliminary results are unaudited and subject to completion of financial close procedures and final accounting adjustments.
