All In FutureTech Alliance Inc. (NASDAQ: AGAE) released details of its strategic direction following agreements to acquire a 57.67% controlling interest in HyalRoute Fiber-Optic Communication Group. The company, formerly Allied Gaming & Entertainment Inc., completed a corporate name change as part of its transformation plan.
HyalRoute operates approximately 85,000 kilometers of fiber-optic networks across Southeast Asia, including 35,000 kilometers in the Philippines, 23,000 kilometers in Cambodia, and 26,000 kilometers spanning Myanmar, Laos, and Thailand. The company also holds 1,700 Gbps of submarine cable capacity through the AAE-1 consortium and operates a cable landing station in Cambodia.
All In FutureTech Alliance plans to build what it calls a dual-engine platform combining AI infrastructure networks with AI application services. The infrastructure component focuses on fiber-optic networks, submarine cables, silicon photonics-enabled compute, and data centers. The applications segment targets AI education, vocational training, entertainment, healthcare, and drone services.
The company intends to develop four operational layers: optical transmission networks using HyalRoute's fiber infrastructure, optical compute infrastructure through planned silicon photonics centers, network scheduling capabilities, and commercialization services including bandwidth leasing and data center interconnection.
"The HyalRoute transaction is not just an asset acquisition, but an important starting point for AIFA's long-term strategic upgrade," said Chairman and CEO James Li in the press release.
All In FutureTech Alliance is applying for a corresponding Nasdaq ticker symbol update to reflect its name change. The company previously operated as a global experiential entertainment business before pursuing its current AI-focused digital infrastructure strategy.
