Acuren rebrands to TIC Solutions, provides 2025 outlook

Acuren Corporation (NYSE: TIC) announced it will rebrand as TIC Solutions Inc., effective October 10, following its recent merger with NV5. The company will continue trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "TIC."

The rebrand reflects the combined company's expanded capabilities in testing, inspection, certification, engineering, consulting and geospatial services. Acuren and NV5 will continue operating as customer-facing brands while TIC Solutions becomes the corporate identity. The company operates more than 250 locations with over 11,000 employees.

"The rebrand reflects our expanded scale and capabilities while maintaining continuity for our customers and employees," said Tal Pizzey, Chief Executive Officer.

The company provided financial outlook for the three months ending September 30, 2025, and full year 2025. Service revenue is projected between $1.53 billion and $1.565 billion for full year 2025, with adjusted EBITDA ranging from $240 million to $250 million.

For the three months ending September 30, 2025, service revenue is expected between $460 million and $480 million, with adjusted EBITDA projected at $75 million to $80 million.

The company moved its corporate headquarters to Hollywood, Florida. TIC Solutions serves industries including energy, utilities, infrastructure, data centers, aviation, healthcare and education through inspection services, consulting engineering and geospatial solutions.

The outlook ranges are based on preliminary information and may differ from actual results pending completion of financial closing procedures and other operational developments, according to the company's press release.
