Actelis Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: ASNS) published a letter from Chairman and CEO Tuvia Barlev addressing the company's position and outlook for 2026. The networking solutions provider reported challenges in the first three quarters of 2025, with share price declines attributed to geopolitical developments and U.S. government dynamics affecting its markets.
Barlev outlined the company's focus on three core verticals: Defense, Smart Transportation, and Multi-Dwelling Units. He cited increasing demand driven by AI and cloud expansion to network edges, heightened cybersecurity requirements, and accelerated defense modernization initiatives.
The company announced multiple government-related modernization projects in 2025, including work with the Federal Aviation Administration. Actelis' products carry U.S. Department of Defense Approved Products List status and JITC certification for cybersecurity and interoperability.
In December 2025, Actelis announced a deployment with a major U.S. carrier operating across more than twenty states. The company also completed development and launched its ultra-low-power MDU solution and announced an initial deployment with a multinational service provider in the hospitality market.
During 2025, the company expanded its U.S. federal sales organization with new leadership appointments and completed a financing offering in December. Barlev noted that federal, carrier, and large infrastructure programs typically involve long procurement cycles and phased rollouts, creating quarter-to-quarter variability.
The letter referenced U.S. Congress approval of more than $12.5 billion for air-traffic-control infrastructure modernization and the $42 billion Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment program. Barlev estimated more than $100 billion in allocated and planned federal transportation modernization funding across aviation, smart-traffic, and surface-transportation initiatives.
