Axogen Inc. (NASDAQ: AXGN) reported preliminary unaudited fourth quarter 2025 revenue of approximately $59.9 million, representing a 21.3% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
The peripheral nerve repair company also announced preliminary full-year 2025 revenue of approximately $225.2 million, a 20.2% increase over 2024. The company attributed the growth to performance across its product portfolio.
Fourth quarter and full-year 2025 gross margin is expected to exceed 74%. The company noted that gross margin reflects one-time costs of approximately $1.9 million related to FDA approval of its Avance product, with 67% of these costs being non-cash stock compensation awards.
Axogen's cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash, and investments balance on December 31, 2025, is expected to be approximately $45.5 million, an increase of about $6.0 million from the end of 2024.
On December 3, 2025, the FDA approved the Biologics License Application for Avance (acellular nerve allograft-arwx), marking a regulatory milestone for the company.
"We are delighted with our preliminary fourth quarter and full year 2025 results," said Michael Dale, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Our strong revenue growth and notable BLA milestone achievement during the quarter further validate our strategic plan and market development strategies."
The company expects to report complete fourth quarter and full-year 2025 results in late February 2026. The preliminary results disclosed are unaudited, according to the press release.
