ALT5 Sigma Corporation (NASDAQ: ALTS) reported net income of $57 million for the third quarter ended September 27, 2025, driven by its WLFI digital asset treasury strategy, according to a company press release.

The fintech company generated $7.6 million in revenue for the quarter with a 35% gross margin. For the first three quarters of 2025, fintech revenue reached $19.5 million with a 41% gross margin.

Stockholders' equity increased to $1.6 billion as of September 27, 2025. The company completed a $1.5 billion registered direct offering and concurrent private placement in August 2025.

ALT5 holds approximately 7.28 billion WLFI tokens, representing about 7.3% of total supply, with an estimated value of $1.53 billion as of September 27, 2025. WLFI serves as the governance token of USD1, a stablecoin with a market capitalization of approximately $3.4 billion.

The filing addresses the company's NASDAQ late filing non-compliance notice for the third quarter. ALT5 had received a deficiency notice for delayed quarterly reporting.

Revenue growth was attributed to enterprise, institutional, and international client activity, along with results from the acquisition of Mswipe, a payment card solutions provider operating on Visa and Mastercard networks.

"The third quarter continued the momentum that we built in the first two quarters of the year within our core payments and settlement business," said Tony Isaac, President and CEO.

The company's ALT5 Pay and ALT5 Prime platforms have processed more than $8 billion in digital asset transactions since their 2018 inception. ALT5 estimates $3.4 billion in transaction volume for the 2025 fiscal year.

Following the WLFI transaction, Zach Witkoff, Co-Founder and CEO of World Liberty Financial, was appointed Chairman of the Board.
