20/20 BioLabs, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIDX) held an investor webinar on July 1, 2026, outlining its strategy for its OneTestâ„¢ for Cancer blood test, including a path toward potential Medicare reimbursement and preliminary second-quarter revenue figures.
The company said its second-quarter multi-cancer early detection revenue is expected to be its highest to date and at least 30% higher than the same period in 2025. The company noted these figures are preliminary and have not been reviewed by auditors.
The company described a federal statutory pathway, established by Congress, that allows Medicare reimbursement for FDA-authorized multi-cancer early detection tests beginning in 2028, subject to a determination of clinical appropriateness by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The company stated that OneTestâ„¢ has not received FDA authorization and that no assurance exists that such authorization or reimbursement will be obtained.
OneTestâ„¢ for Cancer uses a panel of protein tumor markers and inflammation-associated biomarkers alongside machine learning to track biomarker changes over time, rather than relying on a single test result. The test is currently offered as a laboratory-developed test from the company's CLIA-licensed and CAP-accredited laboratory in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
The company said more than 35,000 American firefighters are expected to have been tested by the end of 2026, and it intends to use that population's data to support regulatory and reimbursement efforts. The company also described plans to use international clinical datasets, published studies, and banked U.S. biospecimens as part of its evidence-generation strategy.
The webinar also covered the company's OneTestâ„¢ for Longevity platform, which measures inflammatory biomarkers, and an M&A strategy targeting companies with overlapping health, wellness, and nutrition-related customer bases.
"While substantial regulatory and reimbursement work remains, we believe this approach offers a differentiated path toward making multi-cancer early detection more accessible to Medicare beneficiaries," said Jonathan Cohen, Chief Executive Officer.
