Precision in Every Pixel: How We Created RIGOL's Digital Face

RIGOL is a global leader in electronic measuring instruments, trusted by engineers and laboratories worldwide. When a company of this scale decides to update its corporate website, it's not just about redesign -- it's about creating a digital reflection of technological excellence.
We spoke with Vad S., Creative Director at Celerart, about how the new version of rigol.com was created and why flawless online presence is critical for a global brand.
-- Vad, RIGOL is a world-renowned company. What was the main objective when working on their website?
The main objective was to achieve complete alignment between what the brand represents and how it appears online. RIGOL manufactures precision measurement equipment -- their instruments are used in serious laboratories and engineering centers. The website needed to reflect the same precision, clarity, and technological confidence as their products.
When your brand is associated with the highest quality standards, your web presence cannot be a compromise. It's not just a storefront -- it's part of your reputation.
-- Where did you start?
We conducted a full UX research cycle and created wireframes that formed the foundation of the structure. Then we explored several design directions -- it was important for us to find a visual language that simultaneously conveys technological sophistication and remains accessible to an international audience.
After the direction was approved, we built a comprehensive design system in Figma: style guide, UI kit, everything necessary for scalability. These aren't disconnected screens -- it's a cohesive system that works across all devices and adapts to any content.
-- Why is adaptability critical for such projects?
Because RIGOL's audience consists of global specialists who might access the site from anywhere: from a lab desktop, a tablet on the production floor, or a phone while traveling. When we provide responsive web design services, we think not only about how content looks on different screens -- we think about how users interact with the brand in each of these situations.
Responsiveness isn't a technical option, it's a quality standard for companies at RIGOL's level.
-- You created not only the design but also the front-end. Tell us about this stage.
Yes, we fully implemented the front-end development in Webflow using a clean Client-First structure. This allowed us to create flexible component variations -- each element can be easily adapted, scaled, and reused.
We paid special attention to GSAP animations -- they add dynamics, make the interface feel alive, but don't overwhelm perception. Animation here works as an accent on technological sophistication, not as decoration.
-- You handed off the project to partners for final integration. How did that work?
We exported the final build as clean, production-ready code and handed it over to our partners at Hivech. They handled the Magnolia CMS integration and all back-end work. Our task was to create a flawless front-end, their task was to properly integrate it into the client's infrastructure.
This division of responsibility works when you, as a responsive web design company, deliver code that doesn't need refinement -- it's immediately ready for production use.
-- What was the final result?
A modern, scalable website that clearly reinforces RIGOL's position as a global technology leader. Every element -- from typography to micro-interactions -- works toward one image: precision, reliability, innovation.
Today, simply having a website isn't enough. For a business at this level, web presence is a reflection of who you are. And it must be flawless.
