Supremex Reports Voting Results From Its Annual General Meeting

MONTREAL, May 10, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Supremex Inc. (“Supremex” or the “Company”) (TSX: SXP), a leading North American manufacturer and marketer of envelopes and a growing provider of paper-based packaging solutions, today announced the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday May 9, 2024.

Voting Results:

A total of 12,874,715 common shares were voted at the meeting representing 50.79% of all outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favour of the election of all directors’ nominees as follows:
