Resignation of Company Board Member

Panevezio statybos trestas AB (hereinafter ‘the Company’) informs that the Board Member Gvidas Drobuzas resigned as a Board Member of the Company.

After resignation of the Board Member, a new Board Member of the Company will be elected at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
