Montium Appoints Shazia Chaudry as President

Lakewood, NJ, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  Montium, a multifamily real estate investment and property management firm, announced today the appointment of Shazia Chaudry as President, effective immediately.

As President, Chaudry will lead Montium’s overall operations and will be responsible for translating the company’s strategic priorities into execution across the organization, with a focus on driving alignment, accountability, collaboration, and results.

She has consistently demonstrated an ability to work across the organization, identify business needs, bring the right people together, and turn strategy into action.

Before Montium, she held executive leadership roles at academic, legal, and financial institutions with more than 40,000 employees, as well as at startups.
