MVC Capital Declares Second Quarter 2020 Dividend

PURCHASE, N.Y., April 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MVC Capital, Inc. (NYSE: MVC), a publicly traded business development company that makes private debt and equity investments, announced today that its board of directors declared the second quarter dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2020 to shareholders of record on April 24, 2020. The distribution represents the sixtieth consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company since implementing a dividend policy in July of 2005. The cumulative dividends issued under current management total approximately $8.25 per share.
