MAXIMA LT, UAB Board to Change

MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB announces changes to the Board of its subsidiary, MAXIMA LT, UAB. 

Marius Tilmantas will step down from the Board of “Maxima LT” on 11 September. Aurelija Simutė has been elected as a new Board member from 12 September until the end of the current Board’s term. 

As of 12 September 2026, the Board of “Maxima LT” will consist of four members: Jolanta Bivainytė (Chair of the Board), Kristupas Buzys, Vilius Rimkus and Aurelija Simutė. The Board’s term of office will end on 12 November 2029.
