Karat Packaging to Report 2021 First Quarter Financial Results and Host Conference Call on Thursday, May 27, 2021

CHINO, Calif., May 14, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Karat Packaging Inc. (“Karat Packaging” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: KRT), a specialty distributor and manufacturer of environmentally friendly disposable foodservice products and related items, today announced it will release its 2021 first quarter financial results after market close on Thursday, May 27, 2021. The Company will host an investor conference call the same day.

Karat completed its initial public offering of common stock on April 19, 2021. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 13a-13(a), Karat is permitted to file its first quarterly report on Form 10-Q within 45 days after the effective date of its initial public offering registration statement.
