Issue of a Supplementary Prospectus

The Boards of the Companies announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus (the “Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the offers for subscription for new Ordinary Shares in each of the Companies to raise, in aggregate, up to £40 million together with over-allotment facilities of up to a further £20 million in aggregate (the "Offers").

The Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement in relation to the Offers under PRM 10.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market sourcebook (the "PRM") following the publication of the annual report and accounts of Albion Crown VCT PLC for the year ended 30 June 2026.

In accordance with the PRM, a copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
