Hofseth Biocare ASA: Notification of major shareholdings

Research Corporation Pty Ltd., a trustee for the Anthony Hall Family Trust has 30 July 2026, acquired 14,280,748 ordinary shares in Hofseth BioCare ASA.

After the transaction, Research Corporation Pty Ltd holds a total of 24,280,748 ordinary shares, which represent 5.13 % of the voting rights in Hofseth BioCare ASA.
