A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S plans to publish its

• Annual Report for 2025 on 5 February 2026
• Interim Report for the 1^st quarter on 7 May 2026
• Interim Report for the 2^nd quarter on 6 August 2026
• Interim Report for the 3^rd quarter on 5 November 2026

The Annual General Meeting is expected to be held on Wednesday 25 March 2026.
Any issues for the agenda of the Annual General Meeting must be received by the Company no later than 10 February 2026.
