LOWELL, Mass., April 19, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: EBTC)

On April 19, 2022, the Board of Directors of Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.205 per share to be paid on June 1, 2022, to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2022. The 2022 dividend rate represents a 10.8% increase over the 2021 dividend rate.
