Archrock Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, July 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (“Archrock”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share of common stock, or $0.58 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on August 16, 2022 to all stockholders of record on August 9, 2022.
