According to various reports, authorities have identified a suspect related to the Boston Marathon bombing.
CNN said a breakthrough in the case came from analysis of video from the Lord & Taylor department store near the site of the second explosion. Video from a Boston television station also contributed, CNN's sources said. The suspect appeared to have a dark complexion, CNN reported.
UPDATE: The Boston Globe says authorities have an image of a suspect carrying, and perhaps dropping, a black bag at the second bombing scene. (May not be in custody as earlier headlines suggested)
