Trump Calls for $2 Trillion Infrastructure Bill

President Donald Trump said with interest rate at "zero," now is the time for an infrastructure bill. He said it should be "very big & bold" and proposed a massive $2 trillion size.

Trump said the focus should be on jobs and rebuilding the "once great infrastructure of our country." He said this should be included in Phase 4 of the COVID-19 stimulus package.
