TikTok to become standalone U.S. company: FT

(Reuters) - ByteDance will place short-video app TikTok's global business in a new US-headquartered company with Oracle Corp investing as a minority shareholder, the Financial times reported https://www.ft.com/content/58eb7c26-2154-477f-af19-19157ae29261 on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
