DynCorp International (NYSE: DCP) 16% HIGHER; Reports Q1 earnings of $0.33 per share, 5 cents better than estimates ($0.28). Revenues came in at $552.3 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $1.00-$1.10 versus the consensus of $1.00. Sees FY08 revs of $2.3-$2.4 billion. Company also announces $10M stock buyback.

Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (NYSE: VOL) 14.5% LOWER; Reports Q2 EPS of $0.28, 13 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $568.2 million vs. $612 million consensus.

Books-A-Million, Inc. (Nasdaq: BAMM) 12.7% HIGHER; Company said its Board of Director's has declared a special one-time dividend of $3.00 per share.

Shuffle Master (NASDAQ: SHFL) 11.3% LOWER; Reported Q2 earnings of $0.10 per share, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.13. Revenues came in at $44.6 million versus the consensus of $43.0 million. Company said, "we will continue with our previously communicated suspension of fiscal 2007 earnings guidance."

Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX) 10% HIGHER; Stock continues higher after rumors circulate that the company may be a takeover target with Amazon.com named as a suitor.

Neurochem Inc. (NASDAQ: NRMX) 9% LOWER; Announces that the New England Journal of Medicine published the results of the "Eprodisate For AA Amyloidosis Trial", recognized as a landmark clinical trial in the search for a treatment of AA amyloidosis. The results of the Phase II/III clinical trial for eprodisate demonstrate that this product candidate offers important clinical benefits to patients by reducing the progression of AA amyloidosis-associated renal disease.

SeaChange (NASDAQ: SEAC) 9% LOWER; Reported Q1 loss of $0.12 per share, 2 cents worse than estimates. (loss of $0.10) Revenues came in at $38.8 million versus the consensus of $41.4 million. Sees Q2 revenues above Q1. Targets 2nd-half profitability.

Koninklijke Ahold N.V. (NYSE: AHO) 7.2% HIGHER; Reports Q1 net sales of EUR 13.2 billion, down 0.7% from the same period last year. At constant exchange rates, net sales increased by 5.8%.

SAIC, Inc. (NYSE: SAI) 6% LOWER; reported Q1 earnings of $0.18 per share, 2 cents worse than estimates. ($0.20) Revenues came in at $2.1 billion versus the consensus of $2.1 billion. Reaffirms forecast. Still sees FY08 revs of $8.7-$9 billion. Sees FY08 EPS of $0.83-$0.99.

Saks Inc (NYSE: SKS) 5.15% HIGHER; Company said May comparable store sales increased 37.5% for the four-week period.

Six Flags (NYSE: SIX) 4.8% LOWER; reported that for the year-to-date period through June 3, 2007, total revenues increased 5%, or approximately $12.0 million, compared to the same period last year. The total revenue growth was driven by guest spending per capita growth of 3% and increased sponsorship revenue of approximately $6.0 million. Total revenue per capita increased 5% to approximately $39.70. Attendance was flat through June 3rd, at 5.9 million, reflecting approximately 6% fewer park operating days.
