(NASDAQ: LEND) 43% LOWER; said it is currently exploring various strategic options, including raising additional capital to enhance liquidity and provide the Company with the flexibility to retain or sell originated loans based on an assessment of the best overall return.

American Oriental (NYSE: AOB) 17.6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.17 versus the consensus of $0.16. Revenues came in at $41.3 million versus the consensus of $37.46 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.10 versus the consensus of $0.10. Sees Q1 revenues of $24-$25 million. Sees FY revenues of $143-$147 million versus the consensus of $144.7 million.

Ivanhoe Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: IVAN) 18% HIGHER; said it has successfully produced a "High Quality" product at its heavy oil upgrading (HTL) Commercial Demonstration Facility (CDF) in California.

WCI Communities Inc. (NYSE: WCI) 16.5% HIGHER; Icahn plans $22 offer for WCI.

Spirit Finance Corporation (NYSE: SFC) 11% HIGHER; entered into a definitive merger agreement under which a consortium including Macquarie Bank Limited, Kaupthing Bank hf. and other independent equity participants will acquire Spirit Finance in a transaction valued at approximately $3.5 billion, including approximately $1.9 billion of assumed debt. Under the terms of the agreement, the Consortium will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Spirit Finance common stock for $14.50 per share in cash.

Jo-Ann Stores Inc. (NYSE: JAS) 8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.05, versus the consensus of $0.98. Revenues came in at $600.8 million versus the consensus of $614.1 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $0.55-$0.65.

Smith & Wesson (Nasdaq: SWHC) 8% HIGHER; reports Q3 earnings of $0.04 per share, and $0.07 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.04. Revenues came in at $53.9 million versus the consensus of $50.9 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $0.29, versus the consensus of $0.30. Sees FY07 revenues of $225 million versus the consensus of $214.5 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $0.60 versus the consensus of $0.59.

Cadbury Schweppes (NYSE: CSG) 8% HIGHER; said, in response to market speculation, it has been informed by Nelson Peltz that he and certain of his affiliates have interests in 62,465,267 Cadbury Schweppes shares, representing 2.98 % of Cadbury Schweppes' issued share capital.

NABI Biopharma (Nasdaq: NABI) 5% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.07, versus the consensus of a $0.27 loss. Revenues came in at $30.3 million versus the consensus of $20.21 million.

Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. (NYSE: HST) 4.8% HIGHER; will replace Phelps Dodge Corp. (NYSE: PD) in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on on a date to be announced. Phelps Dodge is being acquired by S&P 500 constituent Freeport-McMoRan

j2 Global Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCOM) 4% HIGHER; reports 2006 results; guides for Q1

Option Care Inc. (NASDAQ: OPTN) 3% HIGHER; will replace Hancock Fabrics Inc. (NYSE: HKF) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday, March 15.

Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. (NYSE: DKS) 3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.20, 5 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $1.03 billion versus the consensus of $997.15 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.35-$0.38 versus the consensus of $0.28. Sees FY EPS of $2.37-$2.40 versus the consensus of $2.40.

Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: MRVL) 2.5% LOWER; UBS downgrades to reduce.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) 1% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $6.67, versus the consensus of $4.90. Revenues of $12.73 billion, versus the consensus of $10.69
