Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX) 6.7% HIGHER; introduced a new feature that allows people to immediately watch movies and television series on their PCs, making the new feature available to its subscribers in a phased roll-out over the next six months.
USI Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: USIH) 6.7% HIGHER; entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by GS Capital Partners, a private equity affiliate of Goldman, Sachs & Co., in a transaction valued at approximately $1.4 billion, including repayment of USI's existing debt obligations. USI stockholders will receive $17.00 in cash for each share of USI common stock they hold.
