National Semiconductor has approved a $1.5 billion accelerated share repurchase program (ASR) as part of an additional $2.0 billion share repurchase authorization.

Cascade Corporation (NYSE: CAE) 5.78% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.07 (ex-items) vs. consensus of $0.90. Revenues were $135.5 million vs. $127.97 million consensus.

DynCorp International (NYSE: DCP) 3.85% LOWER; gives back some of today's 22.85% gains.

Quality Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: QSII) 2% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.31, 2 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $45.1 million vs. $42.62 million consensus.
