RC2 Corporation (NASDAQ: RCRC) 17% LOWER; announced lower than expected preliminary net sales. Net sales from continuing operations for the fourth quarter of 2006, which excludes the trading card and sports collectibles business which was sold on November 1, 2006, were flat to slightly down versus the prior year fourth quarter net sales from continuing operations of approximately $154 million, which compares to the consensus of $169.3 million.

CalAmp Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMP) 4.5% LOWER; reports Q3 adj EPS of $0.08, versus the consensus of $0.06. Revenues came in at $61.1 million, versus the consensus of $61.06 million. Sees Q4 adj EPS of $0.07-$0.11 versus the consensus of $0.06. Sees Q4 revenues of $54-$60 million versus the consensus of $60.4 million.

Murphy Oil Corporation (NYSE: MUR) 2.4% LOWER; expects income for the fourth quarter of 2006 to be between $0.40-$0.45 per diluted share. (Current consensus $0.65)

JDA Software Group (Nasdaq: JDAS) 1.8% LOWER; anticipates total Q4 revenues of approximately $89 million, versus the consensus of $93.86 million.
