Total fourth quarter 2006 net sales were $159.9 million compared to $159.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2005.

Shutterfly, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFLY) 14% HIGHER; reports Q4 adj EPS of $0.49, versus the consensus of $0.38. Revenues came in at $65.7 million. Sees Q1 revs of $23-24 million. Sees 2007 EPS of $160-165 million.

Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENER) 11% LOWER; reported a second quarter net loss $0.07 per share, versus the consensus of a $0.06 loss. Revenues came in at $22.9 million, versus the consensus of $32.6 million.

Quiksilver Inc. (NYSE: ZQK) 9% LOWER; revises guidance due to an unseasonably warm winter and poor snow conditions in both the U.S. and in Europe.

Napster Inc. (Nasdaq: NAPS) 6% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.22, versus the consensus of a $0.29 loss. Revenues came in at $28.4 million versus the consensus of $28.06 million. Sees Q4 revenue of $26 million

BMC Software (NYSE: BMC) 6% HIGHER; reports Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.30 (non-GAAP EPS of $0.41) vs. consensus of $0.39. Revenues were $380.3 million vs. consensus of $402.87 million. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007, BMC expects revenues to be in the range of $415 million to $435 million and non-GAAP EPS to be in the $0.36 to $0.40 range. (Consensus is $423.48 million and EPS of $0.40). BMC now expects non- GAAP EPS will range between $1.45 and $1.49 for fiscal 2007 vs. consensus of $1.47. The Company reiterates its expectation for fiscal 2007 revenue growth in the mid-single digits. The Company also reiterates its expectation to exceed a non-GAAP operating margin of 20% for the year and anticipates that its non- GAAP operating margin will be 22% for the full year.

Silicon Image (Nasdaq: SIMG) 5% HIGHER; reports Q4 adj earnings of $0.21 per share, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.24. Revenues came in at $87 million versus the consensus of $76.7 million. Sees Q1 revs of $68-72 million versus the consensus of $73.16 million. Sees FY07 revs of $340-360 million versus the consensus of $343.44 million. The company intends, from time to time, as business conditions warrant, to purchase up to $100 million of common stock over the next three years, on the open market.

Open Text (Nasdaq: OTEX) 5% HIGHER; Reports Q2 earnings of $0.35 per share, versus the consensus of $0.27. Revenues came in at $163.3 million versus the consensus of $159.1 million.

DivX, Inc. (NASDAQ: DIVX) 4% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.21 vs. consensus of $0.09. For the first quarter of 2007, revenue is anticipated to be in the range of $17.3 to $19.3 million (no estimate available)
