Putin to meet Obama on September 28: Kremlin

SEMIKARAKORSK, Russia (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday in New York, the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
