Putin Says Will Assist Syria if Strikes Launched

Following a private meeting with U.S. President Obama at the G20, Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters in St. Petersburg that Russia was aiding Syria with arms shipments. He also said he will assist Syria if strikes launched. Regarding the chemical attack, Putin said it was provocation by rebels.
