Pequot Capital and founder Art Samberg have received SEC Wells Notices related to trading in Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT).
In May, Samberg announced he would close his Pequot Capital hedge fund because of the federal insider-trading investigation that has "cast a cloud over the firm."
