Caving to political pressure and growing deficit concerns, President Barrack Obama will announce today a two-year pay freeze for civilian federal workers.
The freeze will apply to all federal workers, including civilian employees of the Defense Department.
Details will be announced by President Obama at an 11:35AM ET press conference.
