OSI Systems (OSIS) Continues Lower

Shares of OSI Systems (Nasdaq: OSIS) declined on Tuesday, extending losses that began Monday when the company was issued a Notice of Debarment from the Department of Homeland Security. The decline comes despite reassurances by analysts that OSI Systems will eventually reach administrative agreement vs debarment. The issue involves Rapiscan Advanced Imaging Technology system and associated Automated Target Recognition software.
