National Beef (NBP) Updates IPO Pricing Information

National Beef (NYSE: NBP) updates information on upcoming IPO.

The company sell 17.25 million shares for a price between $15 - $17 per share, for a total of $300 million.

National Beef will use a portion of the net proceeds of this offering to acquire from the founding members of National Beef Packing Company, LLC 11,784,620 units in National Beef Packing Company, LLC and will use the remaining net proceeds to purchase from National Beef Packing Company, LLC 5,465,380 newly issued units, or 8,052,880 newly issued units if the underwriters exercise in full their overallotment option.
