Madoff's Bail Won't Be Revoked, Judge Adds Restictions to Bail Terms
Dow Jones is reporting that the judge will not revoke Bernard Madoff's bail and he will remain free pending a trial. The judge apparently has imposed several additional conditions to his bail. One of the changes will add restrictions on transferring assets and also require an inventory of Madoff's portable valuables. Related to the inventory checks, security shall investigate this list every 2 weeks.
As CNBC's Charlie Gasparino put it, today's news may indicate that Madoff is cooperating with Federal regulators.
