Johnson Announces New U.K. Lockdown

U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced a new lockdown for the country as coronavirus cases rage.

Starting Nov. 5th, bars, restaurants, and nonessential stores must close and people must stay in their houses unless they go to work, school, or exercise. Schools will remain open.
