Geithner Sees New Financial Rescue Plan 'Relatively Soon'

Speaking at a committee meeting on the TARP, new Treasury Secretary, Tim Geithner, made comments saying that the Treasury is aiming at preserving private banking systems and that he expects a "new financial rescue plan 'relatively soon'".
