Investing.com -- DataMeds AI Inc (NASDAQ: MEDS) shares jumped 25% Monday following the launch of its Health Lives Here mobile application in partnership with Tollo Health.
The app initially targets users of GLP-1 receptor agonist medications. The companies plan to expand to Long COVID patients in the fourth quarter of 2026 and cancer patients thereafter. Marketing is being conducted through a partnership with NFL Alumni Health.
The application offers telemedicine services with licensed physicians who can evaluate, prescribe and manage GLP-1 therapies. Users can purchase FDA-approved branded GLP-1 medications through Corexa's pharmacy with home delivery, or route prescriptions to local pharmacies.
The app includes access to Tollo Health's medical food Forzet, indicated for dietary management of muscle loss associated with weight loss therapies, available without prescription. Users can also purchase Galectovid and Tollovid products.
Additional features include integration with wearables such as Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, WHOOP and Oura Ring for health data tracking. The app includes an AI health coach, activity logs and an AI chatbot designed to recognize crisis language and direct users to emergency resources.
Future additions planned for 2027 include patient electronic health records and digital twin development, which would create virtual patient replicas using real-time data. The company also plans to build a Health Lives Here provider network.
