Congress To Hold Hearing On Madoff Scam

According to reports from Bloomberg, U.S. Representative Paul Kanjorski said the House Financial Services Committee will hold a Jan 5th hearing to examine the $50 billion Bernard Madoff Ponzi scheme.
Kanjorski said the hearing will help guide, "the most substantial rewrite of the laws government the U.S. financial markets since the Great Depression."
