(Reuters) - Cisco Systems Inc (NASDAQ: CSCO) has agreed to acquire privately held software maker ThousandEyes Inc, the network gear maker said on Thursday.
The deal is worth nearly $1 billion, Bloomberg reported earlier, citing sources.
