C3.ai shares jump on merger talks with Automation Anywhere

Investing.com -- C3.ai (NYSE: AI) shares rose as much as 10% in premarket trading on Wednesday after The Information reported that the artificial intelligence company is in talks to merge with Automation Anywhere.

The potential combination would bring together C3.ai’s enterprise AI software capabilities with Automation Anywhere’s robotic process automation technology.
