Boston Fed's Rosengren does not comment on U.S. economic, policy outlook

(Reuters) - Boston Federal Reserve Bank President Eric Rosengren did not comment on the U.S. economic or monetary policy outlook on Monday in prepared remarks to a banking regulation conference hosted by Norges Bank, the Norwegian central bank, in Oslo.
