Investing.com -- Baird upgraded Amplitude Inc (NASDAQ: AMPL) to "Outperform" after the company reported strong fourth-quarter results and issued 2025 guidance ahead of consensus, citing improved execution and product enhancements.
Amplitude posted Q4 revenue of $78.1 million, exceeding consensus estimates of $76.7 million, with EPS of $0.02 versus expectations of $0.01. The firm highlighted the company's transition to a multi-product strategy, with 67% of new annual recurring revenue from top accounts coming from multi-product deals.
Baird sees room for multiple expansion as growth reaccelerates, with a favorable competitive environment and improved go-to-market execution. The firm noted that despite ongoing macro challenges, Amplitude is well-positioned to capture increased enterprise spending.
“The combination of product/platform enhancements, GTM changes, and stronger execution leaves us more optimistic the company can show growth reacceleration. While the macro still represents challenges, AMPL is in a very strong position to capture any increase in spend,” analyst at Baird said.
