Apollo Global's (APO) Harris Acquires the New Jersey Devils

Apollo Global Management LLC (NYSE: APO) co-founder Josh Harris has purchased the New Jersey Devils in a deal valued at $320 million, including about $200 million of debt, according to the NY Times
The Devils are the primary tenant of the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
Harris also owns the Philadelphia 76ers, which play at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, along with the Philadelphia Flyers.
The Devils have won three Stanley Cup championships since 1995, the most of any NHL team outside the Detroit Red Wings.
The acquisition was made from former Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. executive Jeff Vanderbeek.
