(Nasdaq: SNTO) 49% LOWER; Expects to report consolidated revenues in the range of $14.4 to $14.6 million, an operating loss of $1.5 to $1.6 million and a net loss in the range of $1.4 to $1.5 million or $0.36 to $0.38 per diluted share for the fiscal 2007 first quarter. The Company had originally expected revenues to approach $16 million and that it would maintain operating profitability in the fiscal 2007 first quarter.
Multi-Fineline Electronix (Nasdaq: MFLX) 22% LOWER; Currently expects its net income for Q3 to be between $7.5-$8.5 million. On May 9, 2006, the company estimated earnings to be in the range of $12.2-$13.6 million M-Flex confirmed its earlier revenue guidance of between $126.0-$136.0 million.
Cree, Inc. (Nasdaq: CREE) 22% LOWER; Company said based on preliminary financial results, revenue for the fourth quarter ended June 25, 2006, is expected to be approximately $106.7 million, versus the consensus of $107.32 million. The company also said earnings will be below the company's previously announced target range of $0.22 to $0.24 per diluted share. The EPS consensus is $0.23.
Nastech Pharmaceutical (Nasdaq: NSTK) 18.8% LOWER; Notification from the FDA was received on July 10, 2006 stating that Nastech's abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) for intranasal calcitonin-salmon is not approvable at this time.
Warner Music Group (NYSE: WMG) 17.3% LOWER; A European Court overturned the European Commission's approval for the merger between Warner Music and EMI. The Company stated: We are in the process of reviewing today's decision by the European Court of First Instance regarding Sony BMG to determine what impact it might have on a potential combination of Warner Music Group and EMI Group plc.
Schiff Nutrition Int'l (formerly Weider Nutrition Int'l) (NYSE: WNI) 9.9% HIGHER; Company reports Q4 EPS of $0.23 compared to a loss of $0.07 from the same period a year ago. Net sales for Q4 were $45.3 million compared to $39.9 million for the same period in fiscal 2005.
Corautus Genetics (Nasdaq: VEGF) 9.52% HIGHER; Company announced that the FDA has recently lifted the clinical hold imposed March 29, 2006 on its GENASIS Phase IIb clinical trial for the treatment of cardiovascular (severe angina) disease.
