UPDATE: USD/JPY Declines After N. Korea Fires Missile

USD/JPY was volatile Monday evening on reports North Korea fired a missile toward Japan. The currency traded below 109.00 to 108.92.
Japan didn't attempt to shoot down the missile, which reportedly passed over the country.
