UPDATE: Barnier Says Brexit Talks Have Reached Deadlock - Bloomberg

The European Union's chief negotiator Michel Barnier said Brexit talks have reached "deadlock", according to Bloomberg.

"On this question, we have reached a state of deadline which is very disturbing for thousands of project promoters in Europe and it's disturbing also for tax payers," the told reporter.
