Marred Bitcoin exchange MtGox's website is back up and running. Somewhat.
Customers are now able to log in, check account balances, and verify their digital wallet. No transactions will be able to be made.
MtGox filed for bankruptcy protection in late February, saying it had lost some 850,000 Bitcoins -- worth about $520 million -- to hackers.
The MtGox statement had the following message in English and Japanese:
