Fed's Williams makes no comments on economic, policy outlook

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank President John Williams made no comments on Monday about the economy or policy in his introductory remarks to a conference on consumer financial services and new technologies at the regional bank.
